- Handle administrative matters (filing, data entry, retrieving of documents, photocopying documents and preparation of reports)
- Responsible to general enquirers
- Attending to all incoming calls and handle general clerical support
- To assist any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
- Candidate must possess SPM/DIPLOMA or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year (s) of working experiences in related required field
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, English and and any additional language proficiency is preferred.
- Write and communicate in good English & Bahasa Melayu.
- Required Skill(s) : Good in multitasking, responsibility, committed and discipline
- Outgoing, pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.
